It is very good for warming up in the cold, or colder autumn evenings. We can make such a drink from any kind of beer. Pouring it into the pot, we do not have to be too careful, it is even advisable to pour in such a way as to produce as much foam as possible. Then we can rest assured that the beer will not boil out during cooking.

Heat on low heat, do not boil, just bring to a boil. Some people even prefer to just heat harder, without waiting for it to boil. For mulled beer nowadays special spice blends are produced, they usually contain powdered traditional additives. And the most important of these traditional additives are cloves. Depending on taste, we can also add cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg. Since mulled beer has a more pronounced bitter taste, many people sweeten it with honey or brown sugar.
