List of ingredients needed to make stuffed mushrooms:
– 24 large mushrooms
– 10 decagrams of smoked ham or ham sausage
– 4 tablespoons of grated yellow cheese
– A teaspoon of chopped parsley
– 10 flat teaspoons of butter
– Spoonful of lemon juice
– 3 Tbsp breadcrumbs
– Salt, pepper

The way to make stuffed mushrooms:
Wash and dry the mushrooms, separate the caps from the roots. Finely chop the roots. Sprinkle the hats with lemon juice. Add ham chopped into small cubes to the roots.
