How do you make a murzynka? Certainly everyone likes cakes. Some are easier, others more difficult but one thing is certain, everyone likes to eat something sweet. If we have no experience in the kitchen, we should start with the easiest cakes. Of course, the muffin is in this group.
It is a relatively easy cake to make at home. We can bake it at any time, because perfectly this cake fits any occasion. The ease of making, and the delicious taste, confirm that it is worth trying to make this wonderful cake today. To start anything we need certain ingredients, first of all we need at least 1 cube of margarine, 2 cups of sweet sugar, about half a cup of water, 4 to 5 tablespoons of cocoa, preferably dark, 2 cups of flour, 4 eggs, 1 vanilla sugar, a few tablespoons of baking powder, optimally at least 2, and coconut shavings, to decorate our muffin. If we already have all the ingredients necessary to make the product, we need to get into the preparation. In a large pot we put a whole cube of margarine, which we need to melt. Then, in order, we add 2 cups of sugar, and half a cup of water with 5 tablespoons of cocoa.
When all the ingredients are properly mixed, we heat the whole thing in the pot, on a relatively low flame. Once the mass is as melted and mixed thoroughly as possible, we need to take it off the stove and set it aside for a few moments to cool well, only then can we proceed to the next step. Once the mass has cooled we pour off at least half a cup of water, which can be useful later as a topping. When the mass is sufficiently cooled we can add flour, baking powder, and eggs already beaten, and a little vanilla sugar.
Then we need to pour the finished cake into some kind of tin, preferably in the shape of a circle, and we are already preparing it for baking at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes. But we have to be careful because the dough can get a little faster. Therefore, it is better to check the dough, after we can burn it, if it is ready faster then we should take it out as soon as possible.
When the baking process is complete the finished cake must cool down, just like the mass before. After this last step, we can use the set aside topping, and sprinkle the whole thing with coconut shavings, although we may as well use a completely different addition, it could be, for example, honey or chocolate, here the choice is actually ours. It is enough to wish you tasty because the product is already ready, as we can see it is nothing difficult, anyone can take on such a challenge in the kitchen, especially people who rarely visit this kitchen.
