Ingredients needed to make “finger lick” pork neck. :
– 2 kilograms of boneless pork neck
Marinade:
– 1 glass of oil (olive oil)
– 10 cloves of garlic squeezed through a press
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
– 1 seasoning for game
– a few grains of allspice
– 1 Kamis Old Polish marinade
– finally, to sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sweet paprika
to water down while roasting:
– 0.5 cup oil
– 0.5 cup water

Put the meat in boiling salted water (0.5 tsp. salt or 2 tsp. vegetable), cook for 40 minutes over low heat, leave in the water to cool, remove, pat dry. Rub with the prepared marinade and put in the refrigerator for 2 days. Take out and rub again with the marinade. Put the pork neck in a dish (baking pan) and water it with oil ( 0,5 cup). We bake for 50 minutes at 160 degrees. For the first 20 minutes bake covered and then uncovered. During baking, water the meat repeatedly with the fat in which it is baked. After 20 minutes of baking, water the meat ( 0.5 cup). Do not pour the water over the meat only on the fat that is baked! At the end of roasting sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sweet paprika.
